Job summary

Relativity Space in Long Beach, CA, seeks a leader for its Machine Shop team, responsible for overseeing CNC operators and supporting long-term operations. This role is critical to the successful production of the Terran R vehicle, involving mentoring and cross-department collaboration.

The position is 2nd shift with a standard schedule of 3 PM–1:30 AM PT and a competitive salary range of $112,000 – $168,000. Relativity Space offers benefits including generous PTO and a learning development stipend.

Qualifications

• Experience directing daily work assignments to team members.
• Ability to mentor and coach team members for career development.
• Experience in aerospace manufacturing preferred.
