Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in aerospace, automotive, or high-reliability manufacturing environments.
• 2+ years of leadership experience overseeing production teams.
• Strong knowledge of assembly, integration, and testing processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Integration Operations on weekends, ensuring safe and timely production.
• Develop a team of Integration technicians and drive continuous improvement.
• Partner with engineering, planning, and supply chain teams to enhance efficiency.
