Job summary

Insight Global in Richardson, TX is seeking an experienced field technician supervisor to lead a small crew on client projects. You will supervise 2 to 3 technicians, conduct daily safety meetings, and assign tasks to keep work progressing.

You will also mentor Technician 2s toward Lead roles, read customer prints, track schedules, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• OSHA 30, First Aid/CPR, or BICSI/Fiber Optic credentials are preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints, troubleshoot live networks, and hold a valid driver's license.
• Led teams of 5-15 techs before.

Responsibilities

• Supervise 2 to 3 crew members, run daily safety meetings, and assign tasks.
• Develop Technician 2s into future Leads by giving them responsibility and teaching them how to think beyond an individual task
• Read and interpret customer prints, track schedules, and keep projects compliant with safety and quality rules.
