Qualifications

• Requires two years as Technician II or equivalent experience.
• Must complete and maintain various certifications (BICSI Copper/Fiber, OSHA 30, LIFT).
• Travel to client sites is required.

Responsibilities

• Act as lead on site and direct, inspect, and audit technician work.
• Assist in training of less experienced technicians and subcontractors.
• Install and service at customer sites based on schedule and scope.
• Provide timely updates to PMO, Resource Center and Service Center.
• Be point of escalation for clients and resolve issues or escalate as needed.
• Submit bids/estimates after job walks and identify obstacles for materials.
