Job summary

Construction Material Testing is seeking Senior Technicians to anchor major placements, lead pours, and own the quality of project records. You will mentor junior technicians, interface with engineers and building officials, and coordinate with superintendents. Touring travel is required for defined project programs.

This senior role emphasizes accountability for the inspection record, safety, and compliance under IBC programs, with opportunities for leadership on larger programs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years CMT or special inspection experience.
• ICC Reinforced Concrete or Soils, NICET Level II+ or ACI certifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead fresh-concrete testing and special inspection on structural work.
• Mentor and check junior field technicians.
• Coordinate daily with superintendents, engineers, and officials.
• Own the testing record and documentation for audits.
• Support multi-state industrial deployments on a project basis.
