Job summary

Electric Power Systems (EPS) is seeking a Field Technician III to lead field teams, perform advanced testing, and troubleshoot complex substation equipment. You will mentor junior technicians, ensure safety compliance, and support engineers during commissioning and field operations.

The role requires 5+ years of relevant experience, NETA III certification, and the ability to travel as needed for projects across North America.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate degree in Electrical/Electronic technology or military experience preferred.
• 5+ years relevant industry experience.
• NETA III certified.
• Industry certifications (Infrared, Corona, Oil Analysis, etc.) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead field testing and maintenance of high-, medium-, and low-voltage equipment.
• Mentor junior technicians and ensure safety compliance in the field.
• Coordinate daily field activities with engineers and project teams.
• Review test results, document findings, and ensure accurate field reports.
