Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• Certifications/licensing as listed (Tridium AX/N4, Distech, Siemens, Schneider Electric).
• Minimum 5 years as a Controls Technician.
• HVAC knowledge of AHUs, VAVs, FCUs, rooftops.
• Experience with low-voltage troubleshooting and electrical circuits.

Responsibilities

• Install, program, test, and calibrate control systems and equipment.
• Lead and train lower-level technicians; provide technical guidance.
• Configure field devices and ensure proper operation.
• Conduct functional testing and report data to commissioning agents.
• Diagnose performance issues; implement program corrections.
• Coordinate with IT and stakeholders; manage punch lists.
