Responsibilities

• Hands-On Fieldwork & Service Execution
• On-site assessments of deer activity and optimal treatment areas
• Apply deer repellent treatments using environmentally responsible methods
• Ensure work meets industry standards and environmental regulations
• Manage daily routes to maximize effectiveness and customer satisfaction
• Independently manage a portfolio of clients and engage proactively
• Identify growth opportunities and expand service offerings
• Develop relationships with clients and local stakeholders to promote brand awareness
• Contribute to hiring and training processes for future technicians
• Mentor future team members in service delivery and route management
• Serve as primary point of contact for clients and provide updates and reports
