You will lead a team, train new members, perform property inspections, apply treatments, communicate with customers, assist with scheduling and inventory, and represent the brand with professionalism and pride.

Qualifications

• Prior leadership or supervisory experience in home services, retail, or field teams.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and hands-on problem-solving.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Eye for detail and commitment to safety.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Willingness to obtain pest control licensing (training provided).
• Enjoys outdoor work in a fast-paced, physical environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of technicians in delivering outstanding pest and mosquito control services.
• Train new team members and reinforce best practices in safety and service.
• Drive to client homes and businesses and perform detailed property inspections.
• Apply control treatments using backpack sprayers and other equipment.
• Communicate with customers and ensure they’re informed, satisfied, and loyal.
• Support scheduling, route planning, and inventory management.
• Represent the Pest Hunters/Humbug Holiday Lighting brand with professionalism, positivity, and pride.
