Qualifications

• Background in wildlife management, pest control, landscaping, or environmental services.

• Knowledge of deer behavior, repellents, and application techniques.

• Ability to work in outdoor, field-based environments.
• Familiarity with environmental laws and industry best practices.

Responsibilities

• Hands-On Fieldwork & Service Execution: conduct on-site assessments to evaluate deer activity and identify treatment areas.
• Apply deer repellent treatments using environmentally responsible methods.
• Ensure all work meets industry standards and environmental regulations.
• Manage daily routes to maximize effectiveness and customer satisfaction.
• Independently manage a portfolio of clients with proactive engagement.
• Identify growth opportunities with leadership to expand service offerings.
• Develop hiring and training processes for future technicians as the business grows.
• Mentor future team members on service delivery and route management.
