Deer Guys, a SavATree company, is seeking a Lead Technician & Field Supervisor in Norwalk, CT. This independent, field-based role focuses on service delivery, client relations, and business development with growth potential.

You will manage routes, conduct on-site assessments, apply deer repellents, and ensure compliance with environmental regulations while supporting leadership in expanding services and hiring as the business scales.

Qualifications

• Background in wildlife management, pest control, landscaping, or environmental services preferred.
• Self-starter mentality with ability to work independently.
• Knowledge of field techniques and regulatory practices is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on fieldwork and service execution.
• Conduct on-site deer activity assessments and identify treatment areas.
• Apply deer repellent treatments using environmentally responsible methods.
• Ensure work meets industry standards and complies with environmental laws.
• Manage daily routes for efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Independently manage a portfolio of clients and foster growth opportunities.
• Develop relationships with clients and local stakeholders to promote brand awareness.
• Mentor future team members as the business grows.
• Serve as primary point of contact for clients and maintain detailed service records.
