Job summary

Colliers Facility Solutions is seeking a skilled field technician to maintain and repair commercial kitchen systems and building equipment across a defined local market in Florida. You will diagnose, install, and service hot-side equipment, refrigeration, and HVAC components for Chick-fil-A locations, and keep detailed service records.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in a related trade, EPA certification, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Technical trade school and/or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years in a related trade servicing kitchen equipment or facilities.
• EPA Universal Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver preventive and reactive maintenance to commercial kitchen and building systems.
• Diagnose, repair, install, and remove equipment with precision.
• Meet or beat SLAs and document work orders, timekeeping and receipts.
• On-call rotations for afterhours support and safety compliance.
