Dynamic Survey LLC, a division of Dynamic Engineering Consultants, seeks a motivated Party Chief with field survey knowledge for small and large commercial, residential, and industrial projects. You will determine precise locations, elevations, and contours for construction and land development, handling boundary, topographic, ALTA surveys, data analysis, and field operations.

The role requires extensive field work, strong technical background, and the ability to train others.

Formación

• 5+ years’ experience in land development surveying.
• 3+ years’ field experience as a Party Chief.
• Must have flexibility in daily schedule start times, particularly early mornings.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to maintain and operate personal and/or company vehicle.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct and analyze land, utility, boundary surveys, well location and construction stakeout.
• Process construction stakeout field preparations.
• Complete all field operations for a variety of surveying projects including topographic surveys, boundary surveys, transportation surveys, and construction layout.
• Project datum conversion/transformation.
• Maintains, cleans, and services survey equipment and vehicles as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
