Job summary

Topographic, Inc. seeks a Party Chief to lead a survey crew in land surveying, determining precise locations, elevations, lines, and areas for final products. You will organize manpower, manage tasks, and ensure safety and accuracy in field operations.

Key skills include leadership, strong communication, attention to detail, and proficiency with survey equipment and Trimble software. Travel to worksites may be required and E-Verify participation is noted.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a survey crew.
• Ability to organize and manage field tasks efficiently.
• Strong attention to safety procedures and PPE usage.
• Knowledge of surveying standards and geodetic calculations.

Responsibilities

• Organize crew manpower and resources to perform assigned survey tasks.
• Manage daily work assignments and data collection.
• Ensure field activities comply with company and industry standards.
• Mentor Rod Person/Instrument Tech as needed.
• Communicate daily with Field Supervisor/Project Manager.
