Job summary

Dynamic Survey LLC, a division of Dynamic Engineering Consultants, seeks a motivated Party Chief with field survey experience for commercial, residential, and industrial projects. You will perform land, boundary, topographic, ALTA, and related surveys to determine precise locations, elevations, and contours for construction and land development.

Requirements include 5+ years in land development surveying and 3+ years as a Party Chief, plus a valid driver’s license and flexibility for early start

Qualifications

5+ years in land development surveying.
3+ years as a Party Chief.
Must have flexibility in daily start times, especially early mornings.
Valid driver’s license and ability to operate a company vehicle.

Responsibilities

Conduct land, utility, boundary surveys and field stakeouts.
Process field data and prepare survey calculations.
Perform topographic, boundary, ALTA and other surveys and construction layout.
Coordinate datum conversions and alignments.
Maintain survey equipment and vehicles.
