Vault Roofing is hiring a Field Superintendent to lead residential roofing installations in assigned markets from start to finish. You will manage crews and subcontractors, uphold quality, and keep projects on schedule while enforcing safety and company standards.

The role requires strong leadership, clear communication, and the ability to coordinate with Production, Operations, and Sales to meet timelines and customer expectations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of residential roofing installation experience (asphalt shingles, standard systems).
• 2+ years in a leadership role (Field Superintendent, Production Manager, Foreman, Lead Installer, etc.).
• Experience managing multiple crews/jobs and maintaining quality across sites.
• Strong working knowledge of roofing best practices, jobsite flow, and punch/closeout.
• Comfortable enforcing standards, making decisions, and leading through accountability.

Responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day residential roofing installations across assigned markets.
• Manage roofing crews/subcontractors and oversee multiple jobs simultaneously.
• Ensure quality installs meet manufacturer specs, code requirements, and company standards.
• Conduct jobsite inspections and solve issues in real time (materials, workmanship, scope changes).
• Enforce safety protocols and maintain jobsite compliance.
• Coordinate with Production/Operations/Sales to hit timelines and customer expectations.
• Track progress, production milestones, and readiness for closeout.
• Coach, train, and correct performance to improve crew output and consistency.
