Job summary

Vault Roofing is expanding across the Carolinas and seeks a Field Superintendent to lead residential roofing installations in the field. This hands‑on leadership role requires managing crews, driving quality, and keeping jobs moving on schedule across assigned Carolinas territories.

You will lead day‑to‑day operations, enforce safety, coordinate with production and sales, and ensure projects meet manufacturer specs and company standards, with travel within the Carolinas as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of residential roofing installation experience (asphalt shingles, standard systems)
• 2+ years in a leadership role (Field Superintendent, Production Manager, Foreman, Lead Installer, etc.)
• Experience managing multiple crews and maintaining quality across sites
• Strong working knowledge of roofing best practices, jobsite flow, and punch/closeout
• Comfortable enforcing standards, making decisions, and leading through accountability

• Coach, train, and correct performance to improve crew output and consistency
• Own field execution from start to completion

If you’ve led high‑volume residential roofing installs and know how to hold teams accountable, this is a high‑impact role in a fast‑growth environment.

What We're Looking For

• Experience managing multiple crews/jobs and maintaining quality across sites
• Strong working knowledge of roofing best practices, jobsite flow, and punch/closeout
• Comfortable enforcing standards, making decisions, and leading through accountability
• Familiarity with production tools, inspections, or job tracking systems
• Strong communication and organization skills
• Valid driver’s license; ability to travel within the Carolinas as needed
• Experience with storm restoration / high-volume residential operations preferred
• Experience scaling new markets or standardizing crew processes preferred
