Job summary

Vault Roofing is seeking a Field Superintendent to lead residential roofing installations across assigned markets. You will manage crews, ensure quality, and keep projects on schedule in a fast-growth environment.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years of residential roofing experience and 2+ years in a leadership role, with a valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed. This is a hands-on, high-impact field leadership position.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of residential roofing installation experience (asphalt shingles).
• 2+ years in a leadership role (Field Superintendent or similar).
• Experience managing multiple crews and ensuring quality across sites.
• Knowledge of roofing best practices, jobsite flow, and punch/closeout.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within assigned markets.
• Experience with storm restoration/high-volume residential ops preferred.
• Experience scaling new markets or standardizing crew processes preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day residential roofing installations across markets.
• Manage crews and oversee multiple jobs simultaneously.
• Ensure installs meet specs, code, and company standards.
• Conduct jobsite inspections and resolve issues in real time.
• Enforce safety protocols and site compliance.
• Coordinate with Production/Operations/Sales to hit timelines.
• Track progress and readiness for project closeout.
• Coach and train crews to improve performance.
• Own field execution from start to finish.
