Job summary

Allstar Services seeks a Field Superintendent to lead residential roofing installations across multiple markets. You’ll manage crews, ensure quality, and keep projects moving on schedule in a fast-growth environment.

This hands-on leadership role requires deep roofing experience, the ability to motivate teams, enforce safety, and coordinate with Production/Operations/Sales to hit timelines and exceed customer expectations. Travel within markets is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of residential roofing installation experience.
• 2+ years in a leadership role managing crews.
• Experience overseeing multiple crews and jobs with quality control.
• Strong knowledge of roofing best practices and jobsite flow.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within markets.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day residential roofing installations across assigned markets.
• Manage roofing crews/subcontractors and oversee multiple jobs.
• Ensure quality installs meet manufacturer specs, code requirements, and company standards.
• Conduct jobsite inspections and resolve issues in real time.
• Enforce safety protocols and maintain jobsite compliance.
• Coordinate with Production/Operations/Sales to hit timelines and customer expectations.
• Track progress, production milestones, and readiness for closeout.
• Coach, train, and correct performance to improve crew output and consistency.
• Own field execution from start to completion.
