Job summary

The Beck Group is seeking a qualified Project Area Superintendent to join a major project team in Texas. You will oversee field coordination, supervise crews, and ensure safety, quality, and schedule compliance while coordinating with subcontractors and vendors.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years of field coordination or related construction experience, a relevant degree, and proficiency with construction software like Procore, CMiC, and Revit. Strong communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of field coordination or relevant commercial construction project experience.
• College degree or relevant degree, or equivalent field experience.
• Experience with project documents and construction technologies is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and enforce OSHA and Beck safety policies and procedures.
• Coordinate, communicate and sequence installation of underground utilities.
• Review subcontractor contracts and scopes of work.
• Manage, train, and plan work activities for hourly labor.
• Track and submit hourly labor time in CMiC/Workday.
• Complete material take-offs from contract documents or in the field.
