Job summary

The Beck Group is seeking a Field Assistant Superintendent in Fort Worth to join an extraordinary project team. You will work with your project team to sequence work with subcontractors and vendors and help ensure safe, on-time execution.

You may supervise laborers or direct an assigned project segment. A successful candidate has 0–3 years of construction experience, a relevant degree or field supervision background, and familiarity with project documents and safety.

Qualifications

• College graduate with a relevant degree or Field Foreman/Field Engineer experience.
• 0-3 years of relevant construction experience.
• Fundamental understanding of project documents and safety awareness.
• Experience with Excel, Procore, Bluebeam, Egnyte, CMiC, or Revit is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Interpret construction documents, plans and specifications.
• Manage and motivate workforce while coordinating with subcontractors and vendors.
• Assist with schedule development and field engineering.
• Develop and maintain Daily Reports for the project.
• Identify lean construction practices and improve processes.
• Follow Beck safety policies and procedures on site.
