Job summary

The Beck Group is seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead field coordination on complex projects. You will manage field staff, safety programs, scheduling, and adherence to drawings and specifications, while driving cost control and quality across the project team.

You will work closely with project managers and design teams in a collaborative, integrated delivery environment to optimize constructability and efficiency on site.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of field coordination, or relevant commercial construction project experience.
• College graduate with relevant degree.
• Experience using Synchro, Procore, Bluebeam, CMiC, and Revit or comparable construction technologies is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop project logistics plans, QA programs, Zero Accident plans, and excavation methods.
• Review project financial information with the Project Manager.
• Manage all aspects of the building process and constructability details.
• Collaborate on schedule development and updates with the team.
• Lead subcontractor planning, buy-out, and scope alignment.
