Job summary

The Beck Group in Austin seeks a skilled Project Area Superintendent to join an exceptional project team. You will sequence work with subcontractors and vendors and help ensure safe, on-schedule project execution on large-scale projects.

You will contribute with a thorough understanding of building construction and communicate effectively with all stakeholders. The role emphasizes delivery method innovation, safety, and collaboration across teams.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and enforce OSHA and Beck safety policies and procedures.
• Coordinate, communicate and sequence installation of underground utilities following Becks XMOP policy.
• Review subcontractor contracts and scopes of work exhibit B; ensure alignment with project specs.
• Manage, train, and plan work activities for hourly labor daily.
• Track and submit hourly labor time in Cmic/workday.
• Complete material take-off from contract documents or in the field.
• Develop and maintain a site logistics plan.
• Understand basic project financial information (monthly cost projections, labor cost reports).
