Qualifications
- 2–5 years of field coordination or relevant commercial construction experience.
- College graduate with a relevant degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience with construction software tools is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and enforce OSHA and Beck safety policies and procedures.
- Coordinate, communicate and sequence installation of underground utilities.
- Review subcontractor contracts and scopes of work; manage site plans.
- Manage, train, and plan work activities for hourly labor daily.
- Track and submit hourly labor time in CMiC/Workday.
