Job summary

Eastern Commercial is seeking a Project Superintendent to lead daily field operations, ensuring safe, on-time, high-quality construction. You will work with the Project Manager to coordinate field personnel, subcontractors, and site logistics while upholding safety and professionalism across projects valued in the $25M+ range.

Responsibilities include managing RFIs, daily logs, look-aheads in Procore, and ensuring documentation accuracy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Construction Management or related field.
• Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project and MS Office proficiency.
• Ability to lead with confidence, communicate clearly, and proactively solve problems.
• Strong understanding of sequencing, trade coordination, and construction workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily field operations, overseeing all field activities, subcontractors, and deliveries.
• Maintain jobsite safety protocols; enforce OSHA and company requirements.
• Manage schedule execution and updates; plan short- and long-range activities.
• Coordinate inspections, manage quality control, and ensure contract document compliance.
• Lead preconstruction efforts including buyout scope reviews and schedule input.
