Middleburg Communities is seeking a Lead Superintendent to supervise field construction activities and ensure timely, high-quality delivery. You will plan staffing, materials, and information flow to keep all components on schedule and within budget.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive construction experience with emphasis on multi-family housing.
• 5+ years in multi-family, wood framing, structural concrete, and construction projects.
• Experience managing employees, vendors, subcontractors, and consultants.
• Ability to function independently in a multi-task environment and in a team.
• Bachelor's Degree in a construction-related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Generate, secure, or confirm all information needed to create, monitor, and modify the progress schedule with the Project Manager.
• Develop the progress schedule with the Project Manager.
• Participate in scope reviews of bid packages to coordinate interfaces.
• Develop and administer site utilization, services, security, and facilities for construction.
• Lead weekly Subcontractor meetings and prepare daily reports and diaries.
