Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree in construction science, construction management, or concrete construction.
• 2 years of construction industry experience required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management software (Procore, Helix, Prolog).

Responsibilities

• Represent Metromont at pre-construction, site meetings until project completion.
• Coordinate field activities schedule with general contractor and trades.
• Verify site readiness before erection (crane pads, embed survey, etc.).
• Monitor adherence to the Standard Erection Agreement and safety plan.
• Coordinate stability plan submissions and review meetings.
• Ensure erector compliance with backwelding and grouting standards.
• Track erection progress and submit daily/weekly reports.
• Address safety deficiencies with the field safety program.
• Manage punch lists and coordinate repairs with contractors.
• Maintain documentation with photos and tracking software.
