Job summary

Middleburg Communities seeks a Lead Superintendent to oversee all field activities for multi-family construction projects in Virginia. You will ensure staffing, material supply, and planning align to deliver high quality, on-time results while maintaining safety and site standards.

You will develop schedules with the Project Manager, monitor progress, and coordinate with subcontractors to meet performance targets, driving exemplary field leadership and project execution.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of progressive construction experience with multi-family, production housing.
• Experience in multiple disciplines including design, cost accounting, and field management.

Responsibilities

• Generate and maintain the progress schedule and monitor performance.
• Coordinate bid package interfaces and site services.
• Direct field staff and ensure safety, productivity, and quality.
