This field-based leadership role coordinates crews, subcontractors, and vendors while upholding our standards for quality, schedule, safety, and client experience.

The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who can guide teams, manage scope, and ensure work flows smoothly from framing to finish, traveling to jobsites as needed.

Qualifications

• Residential construction experience required with focus on custom homes.
• Experience supervising field teams, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Ability to manage scope, schedule, and quality on multiple sites.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Professional and dependable with client-facing responsibilities.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to jobsites.

Responsibilities

• Spend the majority of time on active jobsites overseeing daily construction activity.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, deliveries, materials, and project details.
• Help crews understand scope, sequencing, quality expectations, and overall impact.
• Maintain clean, organized, safe, and professional jobsites.
• Monitor progress, identify issues, and communicate updates to the project team.
• Support a high-quality client experience through professionalism, preparation, and follow-through.
• Step in with light hands-on support when needed, while focusing on supervision and coordination.
