Job summary

Bryan Construction, Inc. in Centennial, CO, is seeking a Superintendent to lead and coordinate field operations on complex projects.

You will plan, organize, and supervise all activities from mobilization to closeout, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence. The role requires strong leadership of carpenters and laborers, effective communication with trade partners, and oversight of RFIs, submittals, and safety programs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• OSHA 10 certification required or ability to obtain.
• Experience with RFIs, submittals, and managing project schedules.
• Leadership and supervisory experience overseeing trades.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and develop Assistant Superintendents, Carpenters and Laborers and ensure SOP adherence.
• Plan/start-up activities and mobilize projects in collaboration with the PM.
• Oversee subcontractors, manage day-to-day workflow, and ensure on-time completion.
• Coordinate RFIs, submittals, and constructability with project team.
• Ensure site safety protocols, PPE compliance, and conduct toolbox talks.

Education
