Turner Construction Company is seeking an experienced project lead to supervise field construction, organize schedules, and manage the project team to deliver on time, on budget, and to quality standards. The role reports to the Project Manager or Project Executive and requires strong coordination with owners, architects, and engineers.

• Bachelor's degree required with four years of related training and eight years of construction experience.
• Knowledge of construction documents, drawings, specs, systems and materials.
• Ability to implement BIM and Lean to benefit the project.

Responsibilities

• Lead field staff and coordinate day‑to‑day construction activities with owners/architects/engineers.
• Develop and manage project schedules identifying critical path and material deliveries.
• Ensure safety compliance and manage site safety programs.
• Oversee subcontractor performance and labor staffing decisions.
• Ensure work complies with contract documents and budgets.
