Job summary

Turner Construction Company is seeking an experienced Field Superintendent to supervise the field construction of large, complex projects in Southern California, providing leadership and scheduling guidance to project operations to deliver on time, within budget, and to quality standards.

The role reports to Field Operations Manager or Operations Manager, partners with staff and trade partners, oversees QC and safety programs, and drives continuous improvement while maintaining strong

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field with 20+ years' experience.
• OSHPD construction project experience required, OSHPD 1 project experience highly preferred.
• Demonstrated experience developing, maintaining, and managing project schedules using Primavera P6 is required.
• Extensive knowledge of Construction Operations including Self-Perform Operations (SPO).

Responsibilities

• Supervise field construction on large/complex projects and coordinate staffing.
• Guide scheduling, staffing projections, and WIP using project software.
• Develop logistics plans and ensure project schedules stay on track.
• Review schedules with teams and provide ROJ dates to management.
• Lead safety, quality control, and continuous improvement efforts.
