Job summary

Martin-Harris Construction LLC is seeking a Senior Superintendent to lead day-to-day jobsite operations, coordinating trades, driving schedule, and ensuring safety and high-quality work. You will partner with Project Managers, field teams, and subs to translate plans into reality, taking ownership of field execution and problem-solving in real time.

The role requires hands-on leadership on active projects and a track record of delivering projects on schedule and within budget.

Qualifications

• Five years of experience with a Commercial General Contractor is required.
• Experience with multiple project types is preferred.
• Experience in scheduling and coordinating subcontractors is required.
• Procore experience is desired.
• Self-perform concrete work knowledge is desirable.
• Onsite work at active construction projects may be required.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day jobsite operations from start to finish.
• Oversee self-perform crews and subcontractors to meet schedule and budget.
• Communicate with foremen and craftsmen to ensure production goals.
• Lead meetings with subcontractors to review schedule, safety, and quality.
• Review RFI status and manage changes and delays.
• Coordinate with Project Manager on project issues and timelines.
• Support closeout meetings 30 days before completion.
