Qualifications

• 4+ years of related IT experience.
• Residence in the St. Louis, MO area.
• Experience supporting plant systems and networks.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoots issues using sound judgement and discretion.
• Consults with users to determine software, hardware, and network requirements with corporate liaison.
• Implements policies to maximize resource utilization and system performance.
• Maintains knowledge of technology trends and IT best practices.
• Deploys and troubleshoots core business applications, servers, endpoints, and databases.
• Provides on-call, after-hours, and vacation coverage for Field Tech support.
• Ensures corporate standards are followed and supports continuity of computer systems.
