Job summary

Martin Marietta is seeking a Field Services Lead Technologist to provide high-level technical support for plant systems and operations, installing and troubleshooting computers, printers, routers, switches, wireless devices, and related hardware. This role is based at the St. Louis, MO District Office.

You will lead field tech support coverage and collaborate with users to determine software, hardware, and network requirements while ensuring corporate standards and scalable IT services.

Qualifications

• Vocational training or equivalent experience is required.
• Associate degree is preferred.
• 4+ years of related experience required.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoots issues using sound judgement, experience, and discretion.
• Consults with users to determine software, hardware, and network requirements.
• Recommends and implements policies to maximize resource utilization.
• Maintains knowledge of technology and business network developments, trends, and best practices.
• Provides on-call, after-hours coverage for Field Tech support.
• Ensures corporate standards are followed and supports system continuity.
