POWERX in Fort Worth, TX seeks a Field Service Technician (NETA 3) to serve as project lead, performing inspections, tests, and data collection on de-energized equipment. You will set up test gear, keep records, ensure safety, and mentor junior technicians while generating detailed reports.

The role requires strong electrical theory knowledge, 5+ years of field experience, and proficiency in MS Office; travel up to 50% is anticipated with potential overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
• NETA 3 certification preferred.
• 5+ years of electrical field experience.
• OSHA 30-hour, MSHA, NFPA 70-E, CPR/First Aid/BBP/AED training a plus.

Responsibilities

• Moderate to advanced electrical measurements and data collection.
• Lead and manage projects, supervising field technicians.
• Write detailed reports on test results and findings.
• Set up and remove test equipment; maintain equipment and work areas.
• Adapt to evolving business needs and support project goals.
