Job summary

POWERX is seeking a Field Service Technician (NETA 3) to lead projects, conduct de-energized electrical tests, and manage data collection and reporting for power infrastructure. You will set up test gear, supervise technicians, and ensure safety and proper documentation across field assignments.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in field service, a high school diploma or GED (associate degree preferred), OSHA 30/Electrical training, and willingness to travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in field service.
• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
• OSHA 30-hour, MSHA, NFPA 70-E or CPR/First Aid training a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform moderate to advanced electrical measurements.
• Lead and manage projects from start to finish.
• Write detailed reports on test results and findings.
• Set up and remove test equipment; ensure proper handling.
• Travel up to 50% of the time; maintain safety and compliance.
