Kodiak Gas Services is seeking a senior Field Service Technician for Midland, TX. You will lead compressor package operations, gas process management, and rentals, while mentoring junior technicians and supporting area management. Strong diagnostic, mechanical, and electrical skills are essential.

Expect to work on-site at Midland, maintain equipment readiness, and ensure safety and efficiency in daily operations with flexible scheduling including on-call rotations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 5+ years in compression process/field service preferred.
• Completion of Kodiak SSE program with 3+ years in intermediate field tech role.
• Deep knowledge of gas processes and compressor packages.

Responsabilités

• Directs and coordinates field activities following Kodiak procedures.
• Provide 24/7 on-call coverage and overtime as needed.
• Troubleshoot complex repairs and major equipment overhauls.
• Maintain equipment in a clean, safe condition and report results.
• Mentor lower-level technicians and support Area Manager in planning.
