Job summary

Divcon Controls in Dallas, TX seeks a Lead Service Technician to deliver on-site service, troubleshoot Delta Controls BAS, and ensure systems operate reliably and efficiently in commercial and industrial environments.

This hands-on role focuses on field work, strong customer interaction, and leadership of technicians, with opportunities to contribute to training, quotes, and service contract handoffs. Local travel is required to cover diverse job sites.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience with Delta Controls or similar BAS platforms.
• Advanced understanding of HVAC equipment and BAS wiring.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally.
• Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and customer communication.
• Leadership skills to mentor technicians.

Responsibilities

• On-site troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repair of Delta Controls BAS.
• Support commissioning, startups, and functional testing.
• Respond to service calls and alarms promptly.
• Document service activities and resolutions in the service system.
• Lead and mentor technicians; coordinate with engineers.
• Travel to job sites as needed.
