Job summary

Divcon, a Dallas-based automation solutions provider, is seeking a Lead Service Technician to deliver on-site service, troubleshooting, and maintenance for Delta Controls BAS. You will work hands-on in the field to keep customer systems reliable, efficient, and aligned with Divcon standards.

You will lead technicians, review quotes with sales for accurate pricing, coordinate access and scheduling, and document activities clearly.

Qualifications

• 3+ years with Delta Controls or similar BAS platforms
• Advanced understanding of HVAC equipment and BAS wiring
• Strong troubleshooting and field diagnostic skills
• Excellent communication and customer interaction
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repair of Delta Controls BAS
• Support commissioning, startups, verification, and testing under guidance
• Respond to service calls and alarms in a timely, professional manner
• Record parts usage and system changes in service management system
• Coordinate access, scheduling, and service completion with customers
• Lead technicians and coach team members for continuous improvement
