The Role

The Elite/Lead Field Service Technician will be responsible for executing field service activities at customer sites safely and efficiently. This includes working with complex systems, troubleshooting, mechanical, electrical, diesel equipment, conducting preventative maintenance, managing parts inventory, and addressing safety issues. The role involves direct customer interaction and may cover multiple systems and locations, with escalation responsibilities and resource coordination.

Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 5-7 years of technical experience, including industrial or commercial water processes
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and smart devices
  • Preferred: Water Treatment license (A, B, C, D)
  • Ability to obtain CDL Class A or B with endorsements
  • Ability to obtain customer clearances (TWIC, DISA, etc.)
  • Ability to obtain DOT Medical card
  • Customer service experience
  • Electrical, mechanical, diesel, fusion skills depending on business unit
  • Strong troubleshooting and technical communication skills
  • Ability to derive insights from customer interactions

Starting salary ranges from $66,400 to $106,200, based on skills, experience, and location.
