Job summary

Veolia is seeking a Lead Field Service Representative to provide operations, maintenance, and repair expertise on water treatment systems across a multi-state Great Lakes territory. You will work onsite at customer sites, monitoring performance, performing maintenance, and delivering detailed technical summaries of service work.

The role requires strong mechanical/electrical/chemical problem-solving skills, willingness to travel 80-90%, and the ability to work remotely with project teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to work independently and remotely with project teams.
• Valid driver's license.
• Willingness to travel 80-90%.
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree in STEM.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and optimize equipment performance.
• Ensure Environment Health & Safety is at the core of activities.
• Conduct maintenance and calibration activities.
• Perform analytical testing (turbidity, hardness, chlorine, pH, CO2, O2, SDI, TOC).
• Monitor and maintain chemical injection systems.
• Maintain inventory of spare parts and chemicals.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical and controls on equipment.
