Job summary

Veolia is seeking a Lead Field Service Representative to provide operations, maintenance and repair on water treatment systems across customer sites. The role covers media filtration, RO, IX, UF, and related processes with emphasis on safety, reliability, and problem solving.

The position rewards heavy travel (80–90%) across the Great Lakes region; candidates must live within the territory. Strong technical, communication, and leadership skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and remotely with project teams.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Bachelor's degree in STEM preferred; 5+ years field service/technical support experience.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and optimize equipment performance.
• Conduct maintenance and calibration activities on site.
• Perform analytical tests (turbidity, pH, chlorine, etc.) as required.
• Maintain inventory of spare parts and chemicals.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical and controls issues on site.
• Provide detailed technical summaries to customers and coordinate with management.
• Travel to customer sites and support regional operations.
