Job summary

Veolia is seeking a Lead Field Service Representative to provide operations, maintenance and repair on water treatment systems across customer sites in the Great Lakes region. The role requires strong mechanical, electrical, and chemical problem-solving skills and a willingness to travel extensively.

Responsibilities include equipment optimization, maintenance, analytical testing, troubleshooting, and delivering detailed technical summaries to customers.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED
• Ability to work independently and remotely with project teams
• Valid Driver's License
• Preferred: Bachelor's STEM degree

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and optimize equipment performance
• Perform maintenance and calibration activities
• Conduct analytical testing (various chemicals and metrics) and monitor chemical injection systems
• Maintain site paperwork and provide detailed technical summaries
• Consult with customer management and operation teams
• Ensure contract compliance of volume and quality specifications
• Travel to customer sites and support multiple technologies
