Job summary

Suez Water Technologies & Solutions is seeking a Lead Field Service Representative to provide expertise in operations, maintenance, and repair of water treatment systems across various customer sites. This role requires strong mechanical/electrical skills, effective problem-solving, and the ability to travel extensively within the Great Lakes region.

In this position, you will be responsible for optimizing equipment performance, conducting maintenance, and ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent service. Competitive compensation and benefits are part of this role, with a salary range of $33-$40 per hour.

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently and remotely with project teams.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• 5+ years of experience in field service, plant production, or technical support role.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and optimize water treatment equipment performance.
• Conduct maintenance and calibration activities.
• Perform analytical testing for chemical monitoring.
