Job summary

Suez Water Technologies & Solutions is looking for a Lead Field Service Representative to provide operations and technical support for water treatment systems. This role requires strong mechanical, electrical, and problem-solving skills, with travel necessary throughout the Great Lakes region.

The ideal candidate will have a High School Diploma/GED, with a Bachelor's degree preferred, and at least 5 years of experience in field service roles. A valid Driver's License is essential as well. Exceptional communication and customer service skills are a must for client interaction.

Qualifications

• Must be independent and able to work remotely.
• Valid Driver's License is required.
• 5+ years' experience in field service or technical support is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and optimize water treatment systems.
• Conduct maintenance and calibration activities.
• Perform analytical testing on water parameters.
