Job summary

Veolia is seeking a Lead Field Service Representative to provide operations, maintenance, and repair expertise on water treatment systems across the Great Lakes region. The role covers multiple technologies and requires strong mechanical, electrical, and chemical problem-solving skills.

The position travels 80–90% within Michigan, Indiana, Illinois, Wisconsin, Minnesota and Iowa. Candidates must reside in the territory and have a valid driver’s license, with a preference for a STEM degree and 5+

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Bachelor's degree in a STEM field preferred.
• 5+ years in field service, plant production or technical support preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and optimize equipment performance.
• Perform maintenance and calibration activities.
• Conduct analytical testing (turbidity, hardness, pH, etc.) and monitor chemical injection systems.
• Maintain inventory of spare parts and chemicals.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control systems on equipment.
• Create and maintain site documentation and provide technical summaries.
