Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent experience.
• At least 2 years of technical experience.
• 2 years’ experience in the industry is acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Monitor Technicians during repair activities to ensure ethics and safety procedures.
• Oversee Technicians and communicate goals.
• Ensure Technicians have the resources needed for completion of job.
• Organize and delegate daily repair tasks; interact with Service coordinator to provide feedback to management.
• Ensure that all repairs meet quality standards.
• Represent and advocate for team needs.
• Motivate Techs to accomplish goals.
• Other duties as assigned and qualified.
