Job summary

Siemens Energy is seeking a seasoned Field Service Engineer to lead outages and support critical power generation assets worldwide. You’ll supervise technicians, coordinate outage activities, and ensure safety, quality, and schedules while interfacing with project managers and customers.

This role requires 8+ years in service, a BS in a related discipline or equivalent experience, and 75% travel. You’ll work with TS/PAS scopes, develop processes, and contribute to continuous improvement within

Qualifications

• 8+ years of field service experience.
• BS in related discipline or equivalent experience.
• Detailed knowledge of TS capabilities and product offerings.
• Must be efficient with Outlook, Word, Excel.
• 75% travel.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Supervise technicians in the TS/PAS work scope with focus on safety, quality, and schedule.
• Participate in pre- and post-outage meetings, rapid risk assessments, and after-action reviews.
• Supports TS tooling improvements and development.
• Collaborate with back-office PE’s on preplanning and FP/FIP/FRP reviews.
