Job summary

Honeywell’s Building Automation team seeks a Lead Field Service Technician in Oklahoma City at Tinker AFB. You will troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, implement solutions, and drive customer satisfaction on a Monday–Friday, on-site schedule.

You will mentor others and coordinate cross-functional efforts for successful deployments. You will report to a Field Service Supervisor and stay current with industry advances, delivering safe, efficient service and strong results for

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in field service engineering.
• Strong technical knowledge in Building Automation technologies.
• 3 years experience in project management and execution.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering; Master's preferred.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues for our customers.
• Provide technical support and expertise for Building Automation solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation.
• Conduct training sessions for customers and field service technicians.
• Stay updated with industry trends and provide recommendations for improvement.
